ROOM QUEUING PROCEDURES

Reservations for rooms can be made in advance through the Information & Admitting Department. The patient's duly confirmed room assignment must be occupied within twelve (12) hours upon notice; if not, the next patient in line will get it.

ICU patients are given priority when it comes to room assignment; the Information & Admitting Department retains the right to follow this arrangement.

If your preferred room is not available, you will be offered alternatives and transferred as appropriate whenever the room becomes available.
